Wealth Drills High-Grade Rare Earth Element Mineralization at Rodeo de los Molles Project, Argentina

R11-N-01: 0.73% TREO over 27.45 metres including 1.36% TREO over 13.70 metres

R11-N-02: 0.83% TREO over 44.50 metres including 1.31% TREO over 25.00 metres

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 22, 2011) - Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") - (TSX VENTURE:WML)(OTCQX:WWMLF)(FRANKFURT:EJZ), announces the results from the first two of twenty six diamond drillholes completed at its Rodeo de los Molles ("Rodeo") Rare Earth Element ("REE") Project in San Luis Province, Argentina.

Drillholes R11-N-01 and -02 testing TREO surface mineralization intersected 0.73% TREO over 27.45 metres including 1.36% TREO over 13.70 metres and 0.83% TREO over 44.50 metres including 1.31% TREO over 25.0 metres, respectively. The drillholes are located at the northern end of the 450 metre by 250 metre Mina Norte zone (To view Figure 1, please visit the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/wml822f1.pdf).

"I am very encouraged with the results of these initial 2 diamond drill holes. They clearly show that the strong TREO mineralization on surface has a significant third dimension that remains open at depth. I am also particularly happy with the tenor and consistent concentration of highly sought after neodymium throughout the core," commented Henk Van Alphen, CEO of Wealth.
Table 1: Significant Drill Results*

* Reported drill intercepts are not true widths. At this time, there is insufficient data with respect to the shape of the mineralization to calculate its true orientation in space.

The Phase I drilling consisted of 26 drill holes (970.5 metres) targeting outcropping, high-grade REE mineralization confirmed by channel saw sampling results (To view Figure 2, please visit the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/wml822f2.pdf) (see News April 11, 2011 and July 7, 2011).

The program was designed to test the distribution and continuity of the mineralization at the two main zones of mineralization, such that a larger, more-aggressive, multi-rig drill program can be initiated to systematically test the 1.5 kilometre by 700 metre core of the property (Figure 2).

Rodeo de los Molles Rare Earth Deposit Overview

The Rodeo REE deposit is the largest undeveloped REE project in Argentina with an historical resource of 5.6Mt at 2.1% total rare element oxide. The historical geologic resource estimate for Rodeo was prepared in 1992 (including metallurgical testwork)and is based on approximately 6,000 metres of RAB drilling. This historical resource estimate is considered relevant by the Company given the global concerns regarding secure future supplies of REEs and for the purposes of the Company's decision to acquire the property and to guide the Company in formulating an exploration program for the property. However, the Company cautions that the resource estimate was prepared before the introduction of NI 43-101, and is therefore historical in nature and the Company is not treating such resource as a current resource under NI 43-101. Investors are further cautioned that a qualified person has not yet completed sufficient work to be able to verify the historical resource, and therefore it should not be relied upon.

Historical exploration at the Rodeo deposit has only tested REE mineralization exposed on surface and to very shallow depths, typically less than 35 vertical metres. The mineralization discovered to date remains open for expansion in all directions.

The Rodeo property is located in central Argentina, ~200 kilometres from San Luis City and 300 kilometres from Cordoba city. The property can be worked all year round and infrastructure is excellent – a paved road is within 2 kilometres of the deposit and power and water are within 4 kilometres.

Rodeo de los Molles Exploration Highlights:

* Two main zones, La Juli and Mina Norte, of outcropping high-grade REE mineralization confirmed by channel sampling and a newly identified third zone, El Rulo emerging:
o La Juli Zone: 8.5 metres at 1.54% TREO
o Mina Norte Zone: 3.3 metres at 1.90% TREO
o El Rulo Zone: 8.7 metres at 1.34% TREO
* Rare Earth Mineralization is on surface and open in all directions
* Average of 136 representative samples of stockpiled material average 1.70% TREO
* Attractive REE distribution with neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr) combining for ~24% of the total REE content

Looking Ahead

Results from the remaining 24 holes from the Phase I drill program are anticipated in the next six weeks and will be released as they are received. Resource definition Phase II diamond drilling is currently being designed and is expected to consist of a minimum 10,000 metres of drilling with the aim to expand the areas of known mineralization and to define a NI 43-101 compliant resource.

Wealth's field crews remain busy with compilation of data from recently completed stream sediment sampling, surface geophysics (magnetic and radiometrics) and structural and alteration interpretation from satellite imagery. These data will provide a solid framework for identification and prioritization of other REE targets across the Company's dominant 6,000 hectare land position.

In addition, expert REE geologist and Wealth Advisory Board member Dr. Tony Mariano is nearing completion of his initial process tests investigating optimization of physical REE recovery from the predominantly coarse-grained bastnasite REE mineralization at Rodeo.

Wealth Minerals Ltd.: Surface Sampling Expands Known Zones of High-Grade Rare Earth Element Mineralization at Wealth's Rodeo de los Molles Project, Ar

REE Distribution at Rodeo Very Encouraging

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2011) - Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") (TSX VENTURE:WML)(OTCQX:WMLLF)(FRANKFURT:EJZ), announces additional results from surface exploration at its Rodeo de los Molles (Rodeo) Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in San Luis Province, Argentina.

Results from an additional 11 sawn channels continue to expand and highlight the extensive nature of high-grade REE mineralization present on surface at Rodeo. Highlights at the southern La Juli zone include RM-38 that assayed 1.54% Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO) over 8.5 metres and RM-40, located over 100 metres to the west, that returned 1.41% TREO over 5.6 metres. Similarly at Mina Norte zone, channel RM-44 (located over 150 metres west of the main workings) returned 0.91% TREO over 5.0 metres including 3.3 metres at 1.35% TREO.

Table 1: New Channel Sample Data

To view Figures 2-4, please visit the link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/wml_F2-4.pdf

Previous channel sample results can be viewed in NR11-05 (April 11, 2011) (http://www.wealthminerals.com/s/NewsReleases.asp?ReportID=451248&_Type=News-Releases&_Title=Initial-Sampling-Confirms-Presence-of-High-Grade-Rare-Earth-Element-Mineral) and a complete summary of channel sampling to date, along with updated maps and figures will be made available on the Company's website in the coming days. Channel sampling to date represents nearly 300 metres of cutting and 387 samples (including QA-QC). Channels are cut across the observed strike or apparent trends of mineralization and to the complete extent of the rock exposure.

Rare Earth Element Distribution

Based on the analysis of 120 representative samples of material collected from the stockpiles of quarried material at the main Mina Norte and La Juli zones, Figure 1 graphically highlights the distribution of individual rare earth elements within mineralization at the Rodeo deposit. The samples average 1.67% TREO.

To view Figure 1, please visit the link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/wml_F1.pdf

"Element distribution in this Light Rare Earth deposit is very attractive given its high neodymium (Nd) and praseodymium (Pr) content which appear from initial results to be around 24% of the total REE content. This concentration of key materials required in the high-growth magnet industry would give Wealth a potential advantage over other bastnasite deposits being brought to commercialization," stated expert Wealth Advisory Board member Alastair Neill. "In light of skyrocketing REE prices due to increased demand and shrinking supply, the extremely high percentage of Nd and Pr should be strong economic drivers for the Company as we continue to advance this exceptional REE project."

Looking Ahead

The Company is currently drilling Phase I of a two phase campaign which aims to expand the areas of known mineralization and to define a NI 43-101 compliant resource at Rodeo. Phase I will consist of approximately 2,000 metres of diamond drilling (20 to 30 holes) designed to test the geometry and continuity of REE mineralization in the known zones such that a larger, more-aggressive, multi-rig drill program can be initiated to systematically test the 1.5 kilometre by 500 metre core of the property in the most optimal fashion.

Wealth's field crews remain busy with compilation of data from recently completed stream sediment sampling, surface geophysics (magnetic and radiometrics) and structural and alteration interpretation from satellite imagery. These data will provide a solid framework for identification and prioritization of exploration targets across the Company's dominant 6,000 hectare land position at Rodeo. Evaluation of high-priority regional targets is expected to commence in the coming weeks.

In conjunction with the aggressive field campaigns underway, expert REE geologist and Wealth Advisory Board member Dr. Tony Mariano is nearing completion of his investigations which are expected to help fast-track recovery and processing testing of the predominantly coarse-grained bastnasite REE mineralization from Rodeo.

Wealth Minerals Ltd.: Rare Earth Element Expert Dr. Mariano and Argentina REE Specialist Dr. Lira Join Mr. Neill to Form Special Advisory Board on Rar

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 17, 2011) - Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") (TSX VENTURE:WML)(FRANKFURT:EJZ) is pleased to announce that Dr. Anthony Mariano and Dr. Raul Lira have been retained as consultants and will join Alastair Neill in the formation of a Special Advisory Board on Rare Earth Elements (REE) to advise the Company in developing its Rodeo de los Molles Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in San Luis Province, Argentina.

Dr. Anthony (Tony) Mariano

With over 50 years of field- and laboratory-based experience, Dr. Mariano is the global authority on the mineralogy, geochemistry and geology of REE deposits. Throughout his extensive career as a consulting geologist, Dr. Mariano has been involved with the research and development of the majority of the world's significant REE projects (e.g. Molycorp's Mountain Pass deposit and Lynas Corporation's Mt.Weld deposit) and currently serves as an advisor to several companies developing advanced REE projects such as Rare Element Resources Ltd. and Tasman Metals Ltd. Dr. Mariano received his PhD in Geology from the University of Boston and his main area of expertise is the mineralogy, petrography, geochemistry and metallurgy of REE systems.

Dr. Raul Lira

Dr. Raul Lira is the foremost expert on the REE mineralization and geology of Argentina and is credited with the discovery and the early stage development of Wealth's Rodeo de los Molles Rare Earth deposit. Dr. Lira has dedicated over 25 years to research and teaching focused on the genesis and discovery of mineral deposits. In addition to serving as an independent consultant to South American governmental agencies and mining companies such as BHP Billiton, he currently holds positions as Professor of Economic Geology (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba) and Independent Researcher (Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones y Tecnicas de la República Argentina – CONICET). Dr. Lira received his PhD in Geological Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Cordóba and his main area of expertise is the mineralogy, petrology, geochemistry and metallogenesis of felsic calc-alkaline and alkaline igneous systems.

Special Advisory Board on Rare Earths

Drs. Mariano and Lira will join Alastair Neill - a REE specialist with in excess of 15 years experience with downstream end-users in Korea, Japan, Europe, North America and with suppliers in China (see Wealth News Release, Oct. 21, 2010) - in the formation of a Special Advisory Board on Rare earth Elements. The Board will serve to provide technical expertise support to the Company as it rapidly advances its Rodeo de los Molles Project.

Commenting on the recent appointments, Wealth Minerals' President and CEO, Henk Van Alphen, stated, "It is very encouraging at this early stage to have such highly respected and sought after individuals agree to join our technical advisory board. Dr. Mariano's extensive experience with the world's foremost rare earth deposits, together with Dr. Raul's intimate first-hand, working knowledge of our Rodeo de los Molles Project is a formidable combination that I have no doubt will be invaluable in the development of our rare earth assets."

Rodeo de los Molles Rare Earth Deposit

Rodeo de los Molles ("Rodeo") rare earth deposit is the largest undeveloped Rare Earth Element (REE) project in Argentina with an historical resource of 5.6Mt at 2.1% total rare element oxide. The historical geologic resource estimate for Rodeo was prepared in 1992 (including metallurgical testwork) and is based on approximately 6,000 metres of RAB drilling. Investors are further cautioned that a qualified person has not yet completed sufficient work to be able to verify the historical resource, and therefore they should not be relied upon.

REE mineralization at the Rodeo deposit has only been tested to very shallow depths of approximately 35 to 50 vertical metres. The mineralization discovered to date remains open for expansion in all directions, including at depth. Previous metallurgical test work suggests a relatively straight-forward metallurgical process for the deposit type similar to the formerly producing (bastnasite-hosted) Mountain Pass REE deposit in California, which contains total proven reserves of 88.0 million pounds of rare earth oxide and which produced most of the world's REE's from 1965 to 1985 (source - Molycorp, Inc.).

The Rodeo property may be worked all year round and infrastructure is excellent – a paved road is within 2 kilometres of the deposit and power and water are within 8 kilometres (Figure 1).

Initial results from an on-going campaign of extensive surface sampling, mapping and preliminary metallurgical investigations (Phase I), which began in late 2010, are anticipated imminently. The Company will commence Phase II of its aggressive exploration program upon completion of the detailed surface work, the aim of which is to increase the known mineralization and define a NI 43-101 compliant resource. The field portion of Phase II will begin with approximately 1,000 metres of diamond drilling and include additional mapping, sampling, and prospecting and metallurgical work. Wealth Acquires Approximately 6,000 Hectares of Ground Surrounding Its Rodeo de los Molles Rare Earth Deposit, San Luis Province, Argentina

Secures Dominant Land Position in Emergent Rare Earth District

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 4, 2011) - Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") (TSX VENTURE:WML)(FRANKFURT:EJZ) is pleased to announce that it has acquired an additional ~6,000 hectares of ground with good to excellent rare earth exploration potential, surrounding and subjacent to, the Company's Rodeo de los Molles ("Rodeo") rare earth deposit, the largest undeveloped Rare Earth Element (REE) project in South America with an historical resource of 5.6Mt at 2.1% total rare element oxide.

"Following China's recently announced REE export quota cutback, the second cut in concurrent years, we are extremely pleased to have secured a large, unexplored land package in a region that is known to host very significant rare earth element concentrations," stated Henk van Alphen, Wealth's President and CEO. "Our expert technical team believes the district has excellent potential to host additional discoveries and we are very confident that the aggressive exploration program currently underway on the Rodeo deposit will result in the discovery of a rare earth element resource going forward."

RODEO DE LOS MOLLES REE DEPOSIT

REE mineralization at the Rodeo deposit has only been tested to very shallow depths of approximately 35 to 50 vertical metres. The mineralization discovered to date remains open for expansion in all directions, including at depth. Previous metallurgical testwork suggests a relatively straight-forward metallurgical process for the deposit type similar to the formerly producing (bastnasite-hosted) Mountain Pass REE deposit in California, which contains total proven reserves of 88.0 million pounds of rare earth oxide and which produced most of the world's REE's from 1965 to 1985 (source - Molycorp, Inc.).

The Rodeo property may be worked all year round and infrastructure is excellent – a paved road is within 2 kilometres of the deposit and power and water are within 8 kilometres (Figure 1: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/wml14-map.pdf).

The program is expected to cost approximately $450,000 and take approximately two months to complete beginning on or about March 1st, 2011. The Company has the funds to complete the program.

The historical geologic resource estimate for Rodeo was prepared in 1992 (including metallurgical testwork) and is based on approximately 6,000 metres of RAB drilling. Investors are further cautioned that a qualified person has not yet completed sufficient work to be able to verify the historical resource, and therefore they should not be relied upon.

ACQUISITION AGREEMENT

Wealth has entered into a purchase agreement with Uranio del Sur S.A. (Uranio) whereby Wealth will acquire a 100% interest in both the 3,928 hectare 'Sean 15' cateo (exploration concession), which completely surrounds the Company's existing Rodeo properties, and the 2,000 hectare 'Rocio 15' cateo, located approximately 10 kilometres to the northwest of the Company's existing Rodeo deposit in San Luis Province, Argentina. The Sean 15 and Rocio 15 cateos are predominantly underlain by the same strongly altered igneous rocks of the Las Chacras Coloradas igneous complex that host the rare earth element mineralization on the Company's existing Rodeo properties.

Under the terms of the purchase agreement dated December 17, 2010, Wealth can acquire a 100% interest in the 'Sean 15' and 'Rocio 15' cateos, with no underlying royalties, by paying Uranio USD 15,000, as to USD 7,500 on the signature of the purchase agreement (paid) and the balance upon the registration, in the name of Madero Minerals, S.A. (Wealth's Argentinean subsidiary), of the minas to be applied for by Uranio in respect of the Sean 15 and Rocio 15 cateos.

RARE EARTH ELEMENTS

Sometimes called the "clean energy", "tech" or "green" metals, the unique physical, chemical and light-emitting properties of the rare earths make them indispensable in modern technologies such as magnets, hybrid cars, wind turbines, computers, cell phones and aircraft. The price of rare earth products has increased significantly over the past three years due to increased demand and tightening supplies.

The rare earth element (REE) group is considered to include the 15 lanthanide elements: lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce), praseodymium (Pm), promethium (Pr) (does not occur naturally), neodymium (Nd), samarium (Sm), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb), and lutetium (Lu). The element yttrium (Y) is also included as it has similar chemical properties. Total rare earth oxides (TREO) refers to the 15 rare earth elements lanthanum to lutetium plus yttrium expressed as oxides. Heavy rare earth oxides (HREO) refers to the total of yttrium plus europium to lutetium, as oxides, as a percentage of TREO.

REE deposits tend to occur in two sub-groups:

1. Light rare earth element (LREE) enriched deposits which include La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm.

2. Heavy rare earth element (HREE) enriched deposits which include Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, and Y.

Qualified Person & QA/QC Controls

R. Scott Heffernan, M.Sc., P.Geol., Wealth's Vice-President, Exploration, and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has supervised the preparation of the scientific and technical information that forms the basis for this news release. Mr. Heffernan is not independent of Wealth by virtue of being an officer and shareholder and a holder of incentive stock options.

Wealth's activities to date at Rodeo have been supervised by R. Scott Heffernan, P.Geol., Wealth's Vice-President, Exploration, who is responsible for all aspects of the work, including the quality control/quality assurance program. On-site personnel at the project rigorously collect and track samples which are then sealed and shipped to the Activation Laboratorios Ltda. laboratory facilities in Coquimbo, Chile for preparation and then forwarded to Activation Laboratories Ltd. ("Actlabs") of Ancaster, Ontario for geochemical analysis by '8-REE Assay Package by Fusion ICP & ICP/MS'. Actlabs' Quality System is accredited to international quality standards through the International Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Comission (ISO/IEC) 17025. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the analysis of reagent blanks, reference material and replicate samples. Wealth Initiates Exploration at Argentina's Largest Undeveloped Rare Earth Deposit-The 'Rodeo de los Molles' Project in San Luis Province, Argentina

Retains Alastair Neill-REE Specialist as Strategic Advisor

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2010) - Wealth Minerals Ltd. (the "Company" or "Wealth") - (TSX VENTURE:WML)(FRANKFURT:EJZ), is pleased to announce that it has initiated an aggressive exploration, resource verification and expansion program at its high-grade Rodeo de los Molles (RdlM) rare earth element project in San Luis Province, Argentina. Additionally, the Company has retained the services of Alastair Neill, P.Eng, MBA, an expert on rare earth elements, as a strategic advisor.

Key highlights of Rodeo de los Moles include:

* Largest undeveloped REE project in South America – which, based on historical data remains open for expansion in all directions. The historical geologic resource estimate of 5.6 Mt at 2.1% Total Rare Element Oxide (TREO) was prepared in 1992 and is based on more than 6,000 metres of shallow RAB drilling as well as metallurgical testwork. This historical resource estimate is considered relevant by the Company, both for the purposes of the Company's decision to acquire the property and to guide the Company in formulating an exploration program for the property. However, the Company cautions that the resource estimate was prepared before the introduction of NI 43-101, and is therefore historical in nature and the Company is not treating such resources as a current resource under NI 43-101. Investors are further cautioned that a qualified person has not yet completed sufficient work to be able to verify the historical resources, and therefore they should not be relied upon.

* Due diligence sampling by the Company has confirmed the tenor of REE mineralization. Three representative rock-chip samples selectively collected from the outcropping mineralization returned assays ranging from 7.4 to 35.5% TREO (with a heavy rare earth oxide (HREO) component ranging from 5.0 to 55.5%) and 0.15% to 0.92% U3O8. A fourth sample, collected from an apparently unmineralized outcrop, returned a value of 0.11% TREO and 12.1 ppm U, thereby highlighting the potential for the expansion of the known mineralized zones. Outcropping mineralization remains open in all directions.

* Highly favourable bastnasite host rock mineralization similar to known producing mines and suggestive of relatively straight-forward geometallurgy for the deposit type.

* Excellent infrastructure – paved road within 2 kilometres, workable all year round, and electrical transmission lines within 8 kilometres of the property.

The primary objective of the two phase exploration campaign now underway is to rapidly complete a detailed surface assessment of the known zones of mineralization and to identify new zones in advance of an aggressive resource confirmation and expansion drill program. Phase I work proposed to be completed includes a complete geochemical and initial geometallurgical study to fully characterize the nature of REE mineralization, channel saw sampling of outcropping rare earth element mineralization at the primary showings to provide detail on the REE distribution as well as geological mapping and prospecting to expand upon the known resource. This phase is anticipated to cost approximately $300,000 and take three months. Phase II would consist of approximately 1,000 metres of drilling and is expected to cost approximately $250,000 and take approximately one month. The Company has the funds to complete the program.

REE Specialist Retained

Mr. Alastair Neill, P.Eng., MBA, is the former Vice-President/General Manager, Rare Earth Division, and Vice-President, Business Development, for AMR Technologies Inc. (now Neo Material Technologies Inc.) and a leading expert in rare earth elements. Mr. Neill brings over 15 years of direct rare earth experience with downstream end-users in Korea, Japan, Europe and North America and with suppliers in China. He holds a master of business administration from York University and a bachelor of engineering in material science from the University of Western Ontario.

Henk van Alphen, President and CEO of Wealth, stated: "We are very pleased to welcome Alastair as an advisor to Wealth. His extensive rare earth element experience will provide strong guidance as we advance our Rodeo de los Molles REE project towards the resource definition stage."

Project Overview

The RdlM property consists of 6 minas, totalling 72 hectares, and is located approximately 300 kilometres southwest of the City of Cordoba and 200 kilometres northeast of the city of San Luis. The property is ideally located in terms of access and infrastructure (there are 13.2 and 33 kW power lines within 8 kilometres of the property) and the climate allows work year round. The Company is presently designing an aggressive exploration program to verify and potentially expand upon the historical resource.

The deposit is hosted in strongly altered (fenitized) alkalic igneous rocks of the Las Chacras Coloradas igneous complex. REE mineralization (bastnasite) at RdlM is similar to REE mineralization at the Mountain Pass REE deposit in California, which contains total proven reserves of 88.0 million pounds of REO (source - Molycorp, Inc.). The Mountain Pass mine operated from 1952 to 2002 and produced most of the world's REE's from 1965 to 1985.

Rare Earth Elements

The rare earth element (REE) group is considered to include the 15 lanthanide elements: lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce), praseodymium (Pm), promethium (Pr) (does not occur naturally), neodymium (Nd), samarium (Sm), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), dysprosium (Dy), holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb), and lutetium (Lu). Sometimes called the "clean energy", "tech" or "green" metals, the unique physical, chemical and light-emitting properties of the rare earths make them indispensable in modern technologies such magnets, hybrid cars, wind turbines, computers and cell phones. The price of rare earth products has increased significantly over the past three years due to increased demand and tightening supplies, particularly so for the less abundant heavy rare earths.

Qualified Person & QA/QC Controls

Wealth's activities to date at RdlM have been supervised by R. Scott Heffernan, P.Geol., Wealth's Vice-President, Exploration, who is responsible for all aspects of the work, including the quality control/quality assurance program. On-site personnel at the project rigorously collected and tracked the due diligence samples, which were then sealed and shipped to the Acme Laboratories S.A. laboratory facilities in Mendoza, Argentina for preparation and then forwarded to Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia, for geochemical analysis by 'Group 1T' - 4 Acid Digestion Ultratrace Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Acme Laboratories S.A.'s quality system complies with the requirements for the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 and Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd.'s quality system complies with the requirements for the International Standard ISO 9001:2008. Analytical accuracy and precision are monitored by the analysis of reagent blanks, reference material and replicate samples. Quality control is further assured by the use of international and in-house standards.

Laboratory results are received in parts per million uranium. The conversion factor used to convert parts per million uranium to pounds per short ton U3O8 is 1.179, which was verified with the Saskatchewan Research Council (ppm uranium x 1.179 = ppm U3O8; 10,000 ppm uranium = 1% = 20 lbs/ton uranium).
