June 21 (Reuters) - Minera IRL Ltd (MIRL.L: Quote) (IRL.TO: Quote) withdrew its proposed C$25 million equity offering, citing unfavorable conditions due to volatility in the equity markets, and said it entered into a $20 million finance facility with Macquarie Bank Ltd.
The small-sized gold miner, which is listed in London, Toronto and Peru, last month filed a preliminary prospectus with Canadian authorities to raise C$25 million, mainly to advance its two projects in Peru and Argentina.
Shares of the company were down 2.6 percent at 56.5 pence at 1211 GMT on the London Stock Exchange on Monday. They closed at 81 Canadian cents Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Ashutosh Joshi in Bangalore; Editing by Aradhana Aravindan)
